Jacoby's Dark Side Cantina Sweet Heat Rub

I used Dark Side in my greenbean casserole this year and let me tell you it won't be the last time! So much better and you dont have to add but 2Tlbs per 6 cans of greenbeans and the flavors just burst!

Instead of rubbing it on the hamburgers after making them I actually added Darkside in the hamburger and mixed it in The picture below shows after I mixed in the Dark Side. The sweet and heat of this rub is a perfect combination for hamburgers.
