Delicious rub for pork or chicken. It's savory and just a little sweet -- which makes it perfect for pork chops, pork roasts, or chicken. We tried it with a pork shoulder roast and also a beer can chicken -- both were great!

Pretty good seasoning. Used it with beef tips in the skillet. Turned out pretty good.
